Day 1 Madrid - Caceres - Córdoba

Departure from the bus terminal at Calle Ferraz 3, at 0800hrs. Depart towards the Region of Extremadura. It is from here that the famous 'conquistadores', Pizarro and Cortez ventured out to the New World. You will enjoy some free time to visit the Plaza Mayor in Caceres and lunch on your own. Continue on to the delightful southern city of Cordoba. An ancient Roman city, Cordoba was an important provincial Capital, but gained its real reputation in culture, being the most important caliphate in the occident, with a University, fabulous libraries and sumptuous houses. It was captured in 1236 by the Christians. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 2 Córdoba - Sevilla

Breakfast and tour of Cordoba including the Mosque, the largest of its kind in the entire Islamic world and unique as the city's cathedral was built within its walls. Also visit the old Jewish quarter. Departure for Sevilla. Lunch. Afternoon free. Accommodation.

Day 3 Sevilla

Half Board. Morning city tour visiting the Park of Maria Luisa, Plaza de España and typical Barrio de Santa Cruz. Afternoon free. Accommodation.

Day 4 Sevilla - Madrid

Breakfast. In the morning more free time to explore this interesting city. In the late afternoon transfer on your own to the train station to catch the AVE Fast Train back to Madrid (departing at 20.00 hrs).
